3. Blockchain Data

Transactions on the Ethereum blockchain are public and permanent. Wallet addresses and transaction details recorded on-chain are not controlled by OnlyTunes and cannot be deleted or modified. We recommend using a dedicated wallet for Platform activities if privacy is a concern.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: service providers who assist in operating the Platform; law enforcement when required by law; and blockchain networks as necessary for transaction processing.
