1Who we are

2What the service is

A public map and directory of live music venues, profiles for bands, and features built on a blockchain test network. Parts of it are free to browse without an account; others need one.

The service is under active development. We may add, change or withdraw features, and we may do so without notice.

3Your account

An account is created with a phone number, and one phone number holds one account. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping the device holding your session secure.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to abuse the service, or that we are required to act on by law.

4The wallet we create for you

When your account is created we generate an Ethereum wallet for it and hold its keys on our servers. This is a custodial wallet: we hold the keys, you do not.

That has a consequence you should read twice. This wallet is not a secure place to keep anything of value, and it should never be sent real cryptoassets. Treat it as part of the site's test features, not as a wallet you own.

5NNR and NFT tickets are test assets

The token and the tickets run on the Ethereum Sepolia test network. They have no monetary value, they are not investments, securities or a means of payment, and they cannot be redeemed for anything.

Test networks are reset, deprecated and restarted by parties outside our control. Balances and tickets may disappear for reasons we neither cause nor can reverse, and we make no promise that any of it persists.

Transactions written to a blockchain are permanent and public. We cannot undo, reverse or hide them.

6What you post

You keep the rights to what you publish. By publishing it here you give us permission to store it and show it on the site, for as long as you leave it up.

You promise you have the right to post what you post. Do not post anything unlawful, infringing, hateful, or targeting other people, and do not impersonate anyone. We may remove content and are not obliged to explain each removal at length.

7Venue information

Venue data comes from open sources, and it is offered as it is. We do not promise that a venue is open, that it hosts live music, or that its details are current. Check before you travel.

Listing a venue is not a claim that it is connected with us, nor an endorsement of it.

8Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or work around the service, and do not use it to collect data about other people. Automated access must respect the rate limits; sustained scraping of the site is not permitted.

The map data is available at its sources under their own licences. Take it from there rather than from us.

9Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or data, or for anything arising from your use of the blockchain features. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

10Ending

You may stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account through the contact page. We may end your access if you break these terms.

Content already written to a blockchain survives the closing of an account, because we cannot remove it.

11Changes to these terms

We update these terms from time to time and post the new version here with the date it took effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.

12Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have jurisdiction, without affecting any protection you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
