By accessing or using OnlyTunes ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. OnlyTunes is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Artists retain full ownership of the music, artwork, and other content they upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant OnlyTunes a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content solely within the Platform for the purpose of providing our services.

5. NFTs and Digital Assets

OnlyTunes facilitates the minting, buying, and selling of NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. OnlyTunes does not guarantee the value of any digital asset and is not responsible for losses resulting from market fluctuations.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others; use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities; attempt to interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or security; or engage in any activity that disrupts the experience of other users.

7. Payments and Fees

All transactions on the Platform are conducted using NNR tokens or supported cryptocurrencies. Gas fees and network charges are the responsibility of the user initiating the transaction. OnlyTunes reserves the right to modify fee structures with prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

OnlyTunes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyTunes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

OnlyTunes reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the Platform and its users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
